This artist’s and collector’s apartment is situated in Kolonaki, one of the most historic, vibrant chick and hip areas in Athens. The challenge was to transform all the original small spaces into a functional open plan that would serve as a stylish “machine for living” whilst creating a backdrop for the beautiful collection of art and furniture of its creative owner. The details were designed and redesigned in collaboration with the owner and some of them became case studies in color combinations and materials.
